How should I prepare for my massage session?

Please come clean and wearing comfortable clothing.

Drink lots of water before and after getting a massage or energy work. If you have an earlier massage appointment, I recommend eating at least a small breakfast before your session.

Do you take insurance?

I am self-pay only at this time. At client request, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance.

Can I pay in cash?

Yes, but I highly recommend having the exact amount to pay. There is limited change available.

How do I get there? Is there parking?

We are located in Suite #2 inside of the Mayfair Beauty Suites. There is a parking lot in the front of the building (access via 4700 S), and a larger lot behind the building (access via S 125 E).

Can I still schedule at the Sugarhouse location?

Yes, I am still seeing clients from my previous Sugarhouse location (2012 S 1300 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84105), but you must contact me directly about scheduling. I am available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday in Sugarhouse. You can reach me via email or text at (801) 989-3188‬.
