Reflect & Integrate

Take some time after your session and the days following to touch base with your intentions and experience of the session and after. It is normal to be a little more sensitive overall after receiving energy work, so be patient with yourself. Take some time to identify ways to integrate what you took from the session. This may even be recognizing it as an anchor point to come back to.

Check in with yourself in the days following your session and follow what your body tells you it needs. If you have any specific questions or concerns, you can always reach out.

Listen to Your Body

Fuel Your Body

After energy work, nutrient-dense food, especially protein rich, will best equip your body with the sufficient fuel it needs to maintain a balanced state.

Drink lots of water and electrolytes after your massage session to support the body's natural cleansing process. Keeping your body hydrated is curial after any energy work.

Hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate!
